นพ.ก้องเกียรติ ลออวงศ์ ได้อเมริกันบอร์ดตั้งแต่ 2010 และ FISHRS 2014

กว่าจะมาเป็นหมอปลูกผม

ในต่างประเทศหมอปลูกผมจะเป็นสาขาต่อยอดคือต้องเรียนจบอะไรมาก่อนเช่น ผิวหนัง ศัลยกรรมตกแต่ง แล้วมาเรียนต่อยอดหรือฝึกทำเองและเรียนตามที่ต่างๆ โดยเราแบ่งเป็น 2 ทาง

1.      เรียนในศูนย์หรือคลินิกที่ได้การรับรองจากอเมริกา ISHRS Fellowship Training Program for Hair Restoration Surgery โดยมีหลักสูตรหนึ่งปี หลังจากนั้นทำงานอีกหนึ่งปี เก็บเคสอย่างน้อย 50เคสต่อปี ก็สามารถไปสอบได้
2.      ทางประสบการณ์ (Experience Route)โดยเรียนจากการเข้าอบรมต่างๆที่ทางISHRSรับรอง ศึกษาเอง ทำเอง อย่างน้อยสามปี มีเคส 150 เคส มีการเขียนบทความตีพิมพ์   https://abhrs.org/wp-content/uploads/Candidate-Brochure-2018-V2.pdf

         การจะสอบอเมริกันบอร์ดด้านศัลยกรรมปลูกผมได้ ต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดเบื้องต้น จะมีการสอบข้อเขียน เมื่อผ่านก็จะได้รับวุฒิบัตรอเมริกันบอร์ดซึ่งมีอายุ 10ปีแล้วต้องต่ออายุใหม่

จะเห็นว่ากว่าจะได้อเมริกันบอร์ดก็ไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย ต้องศึกษาและเอาจริงกับเรื่องนี้พอสมควร

FISHRS (Fellow International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery)

FISHRS คืออะไร ก็เป็นขั้นกว่าอเมริกันบอร์ด โดยให้กับสมาชิกหรือหมอปลูกผมที่มีประสบการณ์มากขึ้น โดยมีข้อกำหนดต่างๆคิดเป็นคะแนน เช่น

•        ต้องได้อเมริกันบอร์ดอย่างน้อยสามปี
•        เข้าร่วมประชุมประจำปี ISHRS meeting อย่างน้อย 5ครั้ง
•        มีรายงานตีพิมพ์ในวารสารต่างๆ
•        เป็นspeaker หรือ poster presenter
